Boat — Boat Not received my issued replacement product yet.

I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 pro bluetooth earphone on 1/10/2020 and reached at service center on 5/10/2020 And last status shown on ticket number - 1602628 that "replacement product issued" on 7/10/2020, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 15 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1602628. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.
