Boat — Boat partypal 20

I have requested for an exchange of a product boat partypal 20 and it took more than 2 weeks to deliver so i denied the delivery and now the product has returned to the boat delivery centre. They did not even send a mail about it or about my refund or anything. It has been a month im that i am being troubled by this boat customer care and service. I want the refund as soon as possible.
