Boat — Boat power bank not working and under warranty

Sir this is a kind request to please look into the matter as i have purchased boat company powerbank which is under warranty and is not working i purchased this product on august 2020 and it has 1year warranty. I complained this issue to boat company they mailed me that they will pickup my item and will issue me a replacement but i havent received such replacement yet and i am mailing them again and again but they are not responding please look into the matter. My ticket no. 1542400. My mobile no. [protected] .My name is Archil Singhal .Powerbank model is PB18 blue colour and i have attached the receipt of the product in the attachment below please have a look. thank you
