Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 5th November after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.
I had registered complaint on 28th June with a ticket number 1230388. The product was collected from me on 30th June and the service center received on 6th of July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. But till now there is no change in status
Till now i didn't receive my product,
