Boat — boat - replacement don't get even after 10 days

I have registered my product on 3 june and got approved on 10 june, 2020 by boat, and courier boy pickup my product at 11 june, 2020 and on 15 june it is successfully delivered at boat care, but now after that i have not received any mail regarding my productand they are not replying for mails. Please provide me satisfactory reply. My ticket number 1148865.
