Boat — Boat replacement not delivered yet

Boat rockerz headphone charging slot have to repair. I have sent for repair or replacement in warranty period. I sent on 22july and on 26 july it is showing whhandvor and delivered. But didn't get my product yet.

Help me out to resolve.

I have given since april not get yet, They are the scammer, they should be defamed by filling case against them.
