Boat — boat replacement of headphone not received, ticket no. 1072578

One side of my bluetooth headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 21 april 2020 and product is picked on 04 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from 29th may 2020 04.52 pm. Now 01 jul 2020, its been 32 days, still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...
