[Resolved]  Boat — Boat replacement of headphone not received, ticket no. 1093633

There was some issue with headphone jack so i raised complaint on 10 may 2020 and product is picked on 16 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from xpressbees tracking website and today 21 june 2020 it's been 36 days
Please do something i want my headphone as soon as possible

After i posted the complaint the company send me a mail from non reply one that they were sorry for the inconvenience and trouble and they immediately dispatched the product and sent the tracking details Thank you boat
