One side of my wired earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 may then order picked on 4 june on 16 june, 5.49 pm it shows out for delivery and on 16 june, 6.40 pm it shows whhandover and today on 23 june its complete 19 days from the day of pickup and i don't received it yet please immediately resolve my complaint my ticket no. Is 1130349
