Boat — boat replacement product is not delivered yet since 3 weeks.

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly (As it was under warranty period period), so i raised complaint on 25th june 2020 and product was picked on 27 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from "wednesday, 8th jul 2020 04.41 pm". Now 15 july 2020, its been 21 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...
