I purchased my rockerz 235 V2 bluetooth headphones from. Flipkart on 05-Sep-20 vide Invoice No: FADZDW[protected].
Just after 15 days o[censored]sing right side stopped working then I visited service centre on 14- October-20 to get this replaced with new one and the replacement which I got seems to be old one and had a scratch on the bodies when I asked about is it new one it was assured by representative that this is new one when I showe the scratches on the body they replied with a harsh tone that company provides us the same headsets which we usually provide to the customer. Though I accept it but when I return home and check it the battery was draining very fast and there was a battery issue in this headset as it was cleared that headset which I got in lieu of replacement was not a new one though it was a faulty and old one which was repaired and handed over to me by service centre.
This incident really shocks me as I had a complete trust on brand like a boat and now what I feel they are betraying with customer.
Now I want my amount to be refunded or get this replaced with a new one headset.
