I already raised complaint about my bluetooth earphones. My ticket number is 1269545. It is almost a 2- 3 week that i am not getting any reply from boat. As last mail was received on 11th of july that express bee's person will come and collect my non working product. On 21st of july pick up guy collect my bluetooth set but after this till now i have not getting any kind revert from boat or express bee. The boat customer care number which was mentioned in the mail was always busy or non working mode. I am totally clueless about my product which was i handed over to the express bee guy who's annon for me. This is totally negligence from boat. This is very careless approach by boat towards his loyal customer. They haven't atleast courtesy for their customers.
