One side/both side of earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 15 june, 2020 and product is picked on 19june 2020, today after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover suddently on the date when "our for delivery" has been shown since 25th of june. Now it's 6th july and i've no idea about my unit. I m trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call
I also write a complain on consumer complaints 27 june 'u tell m that u should notified boat they contact me for several days " 9 days over but now no response from the boat
Help! Here i want my earphone as early as possible.
