I bought bluetooth boat rockerz 255 it is under replacement warranty but it's not working please help me to replace the same. As per the catalogue door to door service available but website redirecting me to register complaint but it is not registering the same as it gives me address to visit, but i dont have time to visit that far. Hence need help. Please find the attached documents for product details.

I cannot visit Karol Bagh because my condition is not good. Are you trying to finish the warranty by providing such comments.
