My boat rockerz 255 pro raging red bluetooth earphone stopped working one side i sent it for replacement its been almost a month, the delivery partner said that the product is delivered but the service center didnt updated anything. There is no minimum courtesy to acknowledge the customer who pay you money yet gets stupid service please feel shame on yourselves for giving such worst service. My ticket no is 1349614. And people who are reading this dont give your product for replacement they wont respond and you will lose your defect product also..!!!
