I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphone on 21/09/19 and reached at service center on 27/09/19. And last status shown on ticket number - 569882 that "replacement product issued" on 03/10/19, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 20 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 569882. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.
