One /Both side not working.
I complaint the warranty claim on 22nd September 2020.
On 29th September it was received by imagine market private limited.
I have track down the product on boat support. The replacement product has been issued since 5th October.
Tracking product has been showing same since 15 days.
I mailed 5 times To
" Imagine Marketing Private limited • [protected]@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com" there's no response.
They say they will update within 48 hours. But there's no response
By now 144 hours has passed instead of 48 hours. There's no update or response from boat service center..
I even called on boat service customer care number. They said they will update within 48 hours.
Yet no response.
From 22nd September till today 19 October.
It's been 25 days and there's no update, no response, neither I have got my replaced product back.
Boat's Service is pathetic.
