Left earbud of my boat rockerz 255 stopped working. I booked a replacement on 7th june and the product got picked up on 12th june. Product was approved for replacement on 24th june, but it's been 10+ days from the date of approval and 20+days since product picked up now and i still don't know where the replacement product is. I have been trying to call them but they haven't answered any. I have attached screenshots below, for more details.
