I had purchased boat rockerzz 400 headset in oct, 2019. It had a warranty claim period if 1 year. I had raised a ticket on boat support portal on 19th may, 2020 as the bluetooth connectivity was not working. The pick-up was made on 30th may, 2020.
The shipment tracking status shows "delivered" to the service location of boat on 16th june, 2020. However there is so update from the boat customer support or any reply to the mail sent, till today (30th june, 20202). The last status of the ticket on the boat support portal (As on 25th may, 2020) shows "product pick up generated for servicing and replacement" and no updates since then.
I would like to know the estimated time by when will be the headset be replaced and a reply to the mail on inquiry Was this information helpful? |
