Boat — Boat rockerz 450 broken

I had been using boat rockerz 450 for past 5 months and keeping it with utmost care but after that too it formed a crack from the extension area and is on the verge of falling apart .
Needless to say there's definitely problem in it's manufacturing..the plastic used is not sturdy enough to break without any external pressure

Also I contacted the customer care but they just say it's a physical damage and doesn't come under warranty.

I hope you provide me with some kind of help or if possible give me a replacement

Service centre rejected my request by saying physical damage .

I have bought this on 5 March 2023 .
I have a valid warranty invoice .

I need a replacement or i will sue the boats.owner in the court.
