My boat headohines charging cable was not working so i registered a comolaint to the onine site then few days later my product was picked however i have reiceved no replacement yet any message.its been mkre than 30days cant contact the customers service their call is busy.please provide help regarding this its been more than 1 month my ticket number is 1353656
