I had boat rockerz 510 (Wireless headphones) which had problem of one side not working while using it with aux cable and it is still in warranty so i registered the complaint on 14 september, 2019 where they gave me a ticket no - 549399 and a pickup was arranged and it had reached them by 17 september, 2019. They mentioned that they would get back to me with status update within next 4-5 days, now it has been almost 10 days as of today - 27 september, 2019, still no response from them. I tried writing mails at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, all i ever recieved was a single mail saying that please call at their customer care number,[protected] which they supplied on their support site and that the mails are not monitored. Another annoying thing which they do is that when you call at provided customer number they provide automated voice response which says that hold on we'll get you to customer care support guy but no one ever picks up and for listening to that automated response you get billed without your problem being resolved, highly unprofessional service.
I request them to please look into matter and provide me with updates on the issue and send me replaced genuine product as soon as possible.
