I was having the issue with the product (On/off switch not working) a few months back and at that time, the product was in warranty period. So, i raised the complaint and got the replacement after 2 months. But now the product received is not functioning at all. It has the connectivity issue and it is no more in the warranty period. I have sent mail and raised the complaints also. But haven't got any response yet. Also not able to go through the calls.
