I purchased one Boat Storm Smart Watch New msi in our nearest retail shop on[protected] at rs. 2999/-. after 2 months its not working properly. It is a warranty product and i submit a compliant through online on[protected] and company agent will collect the product from me. the ticket no is ...while tracking the product it is reached the company. the company not given any updates from my product. daily 2-3 times contacted the customer care, but no one is given a proper reply. through online status shows that the IMAGINEMARKETING company replace the product is Boat Rockerz 235 Pro - Blue ( head set),
Invoice Amount : ₹ 415. I will contacted the customer care they said that the product is not available that's why there are given to a headset. i also attaching the tracking details and bill related my purchase.In this case need my money back or replace my smart watch. The customer service is very worst. The Company is cheating me. i totally disappoint with boat company product, please help me for return my money or replace product
