I have raised a ticket[protected] for my boat rockerz 335 on November-29, then it has been picked up and send to your warehouse for testing after that there nothing was updated in the website then on Dec-10 i contacted your customer service they said that the same product is not available so we will offer you some other as a replacement and within 72hrs you will get a message regarding this., But till now nothing came. What should I suppose to do?
