I Purchased boat rockerz 333 on July 18, 2021. By september 21, 1stweek it stopped working. I went to nearest authorized customer care center on 9th September, 2021 and filed the complaint for warranty claim and deposited the item. I received a mail that your complaint has been filed and the item will be replaced. On 11 September, the warranty status with ticket number 3369789 and 3369667, it shows Approved. Product pick-up request will get generated in 1 business day. its been 21 days and it didn't get updated. I spoke with customer care more than 12 times. all of them are telling sorry for inconvenience, with in 72 hours it will be resolved. I have no item, warranty replacement not done, customer service not at all supporting, it takes 20 mins to get connected to the customer care and all of them are saying with in 72 hours.
