My ticket no : 1342914
I got a problem in my bass head ear phone on one side. I claimed the warranty. The product was picked from me on 29 august, reached at their center 5 august.
Their website is showing replacement product issued on 5 august.
Even after 10 days so far i didn't received my product. I also contacted through email and call but no one is responding.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because i love listening music.
