Boat — Boat Warranty replacement delay issue

I made a replacement request of boat basshead 162 wired headset on 30/06/2020 and reached at service center on 06/06/2020. And last status shown on ticket number -1236941 that "replacement product issued" on 08/06/2020, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 30 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no1236941. I am facing lots of problem regarding this. And last status shown on ticket number -1636493 that "replacement product issued" on 14/10/2020, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 15 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no1636493. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.
