I had registered complaint on 23rd July with a ticket number 1321038 . The product was collected from me on 24 th July and the service center received on 29th of July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 1st August the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called to customer care they told me replacement product will dispatch within 10 days even after 10 days no response from boat Team. I try to call customer care but call not connecting Was this information helpful? |
