I'm Abhishek Pandita from Jammu. It's been months since I contacted you about my complaint and there is no response from your side. I made a replacement of my Boats Storm watch and during the replacement my Charging wire of device was misplaced from your side I also contacted you and The customer care support ensured me that they will dispatch the wire ASAP but not only wire but also their was no info about it from your end you also told me to not raise query as we will get back to you asap.

Please look into the matter. It's been months and I have not charged my watch and it's no use to me without a charger. If you cannot deliver the watch then you can take the watch back and give me my money back.
