[Resolved] Boat — Cancel my order

I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on july 6, till july 14 i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order.
