Hi this is Shinjini Bhowmick. I have bought Airdopes 621 from Boats last year on 10th October 2021 via online payment. On 30th July 2022 the device suddenly started acting abnormal. The left earbud stopped while I was on call. I checked the manual and went through all possible disconnecting/reconnecting, factory reset as written in manual. Nothing worked hence I had to contact their customer support for warranty claim. I did that on 3rd August 2022 and today on 5th August 2022 they got back to me saying the invoice attached was wrong.
I have been trying to retrieve my invoice from everywhere but there are no options on their website or app. They dont reply to emails ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com), their calling options are not working neither whatsapp chat options even after replying the automated texts say they didnt get a reply back in whatsapp. Also there is no chat options in their website anymore (which was there previously).
The invoice section doesnt have any “download button” It shows my order hasnt been delivered whereas it has been and on another page that shows too.
I am in a dead end of contacting them in anyway.
I have attached necessary documents below for better understand and proof. Please help me asap as they have given time till 12th of August 11:59 pm.
