Boat — complaint about action on product complaint

My boat earphones are picked on 8th sept. 2020 and they are not arrived yet. Currently xpressbees is showing arrived at bom/rvp, mumbai, maharashtra this as shipment status and estimated delivery is 7th may 2020. My ticket number is 1503528.
I already mailed to both xpressbees and boat care. No one give me reply or not receiving any call (Shown to be busy every time). Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long.

I already Mailed to both XpressBees and Boat care . No one give me reply or not receiving any call (Shown to be busy every time). Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long.

Respected sir/madam,

Still boat service are not given response properly. After complaint they gives emediate response to complaint but still they doing same as previous (slow response or not).
Please help me to solve this issue.
