Good morning Sir/Madam
I had registered complaint on 5 august 2020 with a ticket number 1369367. The product was collected from me on 9 august 2020 and the service center received on 18 august 2020, when i check in boat website with my ticket.It is showing that replacement product is issued, and replacing product is dispatching soon on 20 august 2020.But after 5 days also it is showing same content.I have call service center so many of times but they didn't answer my call.And i also put an email, and i didn't get any updates.
