My ticket number raised on boAt website is 26278846. It is not at all tried to resolve. I didn't expected this from boAt.
Being a brand there should be some norms where a user should purchase the product with wholeheartedly, with out any tension that in future any issue occurs to the product I am purchasing will get sort of service and again it can be put in to useful., But very sorry to say that they just putting the "replacement" tag on ur services line and simply rejecting the ticket is not at all commendable.
As to my ticket, the service team simply said "the watch screen is broken", where it is having minure scratches.
My product BoAt Matrix Smartwatch got hanged.! It is not at all functioning. After asking for a service also it is purely rejected by saying there is "no service only replacement" policy then what is the use of one year warranty and all.. I feel their terms are totally worthless.
Please help me in this regard., I don't want any replacement, I expect a service done to it and made it working.
