I registered a complaint on support. Boat-lifestyle.com and on 17 june 2020 courier came and picked up the defective earphones. After 3-4 days the product was delivered to boat service center mumbai and till that date there is no response from boat regarding my earphones. On their portal still they're showing that product pickup generated. No update regarding product received at service center or any other update. I mailed on their email id but now they are not replying me and also no one is receiving calls.
I want replacement of my product asap.
