My name is najish sayyed and i had buyed boat basshead 225 and after 8 month's one side of it stops working so i claimed warranty of it and after my reverse pick up i tried to talk customer care executive and then i came to know that boat customer service is very low it took about 10-15min just to talk with customer care executive, i literally trust on boat accesorios its very good but their service is not good as compare to other company's like jbl, bose, etc.
They need to upgrade their call centres and thier service because not only product comes on customer satisfaction service should also be fast and easy for satisfaction i am very unsatisfied with boat's customer service, upgrade yourself fast otherwise you will go down in market, because the only reason a company goes down in market is they don't upgrade themself,
For. Eg: nokia - this company didn't upgrade itself to android thinking that i don't need any upgrade but after that what happens everyone knows.
Therefore this message must reach to boat's head office and they should implement on errors of their company and upgrade as fast as possible, as you heard this lines prevention is better than cure, hope you'll understand my feelings what i am trying to say.
