Boat's Courier partner Bluedart courier agent picked up my product (Boat Rockerz 255 pro) on 05/09/2022. According to the rules of the boat official, the agent also did a physical verification of my product thoroughly and only after everything was found correct, did my product accept kiya and picked up. Now boat service center people say that they got damaged product so can't give me new earphone.
Now who is at fault in this whole process? Boat's service fault or Bluedart Courier fault? It's not my fault at all, so why should I suffer? I want my product in good and working condition
