I have bought a neckband boat rockerz 330 from its website (I thought I’ll get a genuine product from their website else I would have ordered it from other site).

It wasn’t working so i made a request of replacement, they approved it and sent a me again but the same product and now their is no return or replacement showing.
That’s so irritating and frustrating.
I just want my money back 😡😡😡
