I was received the damaged product by boat in door to door service by boat ticket no 26151865 I received product on 2 Nov 2022 in night 8 pm approx and I complaint against the product next day morning and costumer care executive said to click some pictures of the product and send our mail id I mail the pictures on 9.29 am 3 Nov 2022 he /she said wait 48 hours our backend team will contact you but no one resolve this issue till today after 14 days they said wait another 48 to 72 hrs wait our benkend time provide the solution but no one resolve this issue every time I call they please wait on 10 Nov some one executive said sir u have to create a new ticket for this replacement he provide the link and I generate a new ticket product pick up and checking process completed boat mail me to dameged housing of the product and they returned the product in same condition they will not provide the solution of my problem my warrnty voids also I don't know what can I do
