I bought their Airdrop from Amazon. Under 15 days, their charger stopped working and hence i registered a compliant. They picked up the product and I haven't heard back from them yet.
My compliant No. is 1558104. I am an educated person and can very well read the status on their complaint tracker. But it's been more than 5 business days since they marked replacement product as dispatched.
- They do not have any customer representative available to talk. The number shared on their website doesn't route to any human rep to talk with.
- I have been mailing them but all me follow ups fell on deaf ears
- Very irresponsible and hooligan behavior from BOAT
