Boat — Delay in delivery

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 3 june 2020 and product is picked on 10
June 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:16 june 2020, its been 10 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

i was ordered 235V2 headset on 12th June 2021 . Product packed on 14th as per tracking status, but still it not moved from ware house and i am not received so far . MY product order number 461330 . I am worried about your service getting delayed . when will get my Product ...???????????????
