I have given my product under warranty and replacement on 31st august and it was approved for a replacement.
The message for dispatch meant came on 11th september. Now it more than a weeks time and i have not yet received any update about my product.
I have mailed them but they don’t reply and their service centres do not pickup phones.
I am annoyed with their quality of service and worried about my product.
