Boat — Delay in receiving my product

Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 1 august 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

I had registered complaint on 20 july 2020 with a ticket number 1306729. The product was collected from me on 21 july 2020 and the service center received on 30 july. When i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 1st august the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called service center so many times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

still I didn't receive any updates for my product from boat customer support..can u please tell me how long I have to wait..
