I have registered a complaint for my boat bassheads 225 headphone, its one side was not working. My ticket number is 1260753. They picked up my product on 9th of July and its reached to the seller on 14th of July. Seller checked the product and replacement of my product was issued on 14th July. Since 14th of August till today 12th of September, it's still not dispatched. I have called them on 5th of September they said the address of my delivery is not in there deliverable location, So I emailed them my change address. But still they didn't dispatch my product.
Please help.
