I ordered 2 products from boat company on 22 may 2023 in which my one product (Boat rockerz 255 pro +) was missing. They just delivered an empty box of rockerz. Product was delivered on 24 may 2023. On same day i send complaint to boat company about this. I send them all pictures of products so many times. They asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Their 24 hours never come. I always mail and call on customer care they said same thing that their team is working on this case. At 31 may 2023 they closed my case by saying that the shipment was in intact condition and they take action according to their company guidlines and policy. I again call them and the same process repeat. They close my case 7 to 8 times. And now its going to about one month and today they again closed the case by saying same thing. I dont understand what's their company guidelines.
I thing their guidelines is to take money of customers. And delivered them empty boxes. And when customer complain about service then make false consolation and waste their time and at the end close their case by saying shipment was in intact condition. When i aksed from them if shipment was in intact condition then how is the product missing from the box? Why the box is empty? Then they do not respond just say one thing that their so called logistic team is working on the case.
Its about 1 month but their team is not able to solve this case. And when i was asked for my refund they refused to give it.
They don't value the money and time of customers. They are not providing any services just doing fraud with customers. They do only one thing, making fake apologise, but never solve your issue. Their customer care service is worst, they put your call on hold for hours.
Boat service is terrible. If you value your money and time and don't want to fall into the trap of fraud service then stop buying product from boat company.
Boat company stop doing fraud with customers. You never understand how a person earn money. You don't value the money and time of your customers. Product is missing from your end. You don't hire loyal employs. You send empty box. So why i suffer so much?
You have taken my money as well as my product and refuse to give my refund also. Why are you doing injustice with your customers.
I want my refund from boat comapny.
