I purchased White airdope 402 from boAT on 30th Jan 2020. I had received the product in the first week of February. I faced the mic issue on call and tried to register the complaint. Due to the complex structure of login and non acceptance of my invoice by the main portal i raised a complaint regarding the issue.
Ideally i had been communicated that since it has just been 2 days, i should raise a complaint via portal and get a refund or new product.
Further, the product is picked up from my place and i receive a used product in return after 20 days. After communicating it to the customer service who is unable to escalate the issue and keeps telling me to re-lodge a complaint and mention your issue. My complaint is not catered at all. I have repeatedly notified the company, reached them on the Instagram channel as well regarding the issue yet no resolution. I have then re-lodge the complaint marked the previous complaints to keep them in loop yet again its taking 20 days. Further the representatives don't respond to the customer queries.
I have also sent the pictures of the product, dirty from inside. Poor packaging and no assurance if the it has been sanitized properly.
Requesting the authorities to kindly look into the matter since the company is trying to befool the customer with the product as well as after sale service. My complaint numbers are : 2009985, 2013375, 2072334.
I have not been able to attach the PDF of the entire communication with company on e-mail here as the format isn't supported.
