I launched warranty replacement request as the device stopped working just with in a month of delivery, dey generated automated ticket and asked to return the device for inspection and replacement. After device was sent no email acknowledgement received from them for over 20 days and then post multiple calls dey sent email as device model not available they will send a different device. Post that no response and no device. They took the original as well and also did not send the replacement. Ticket # 3499925
