Boat — Did not receive my product even after 35-40 business working days of warranty claim request

I had raised a ticket for my Boat PartyPal 23 speaker since it's volume up/down down was not working on 30th April 2022. My product was picked up in first week of May 2022 and till date I haven't received the repaired or fresh product. I tried reaching Boat customer care executive several times each and every time I was assured that my product will be dispatched in 48hours. When I called the Boat customer care for the 4th time at the end of May 2022 they said my product is out of inventory. and I'll soon receive an alternate product and requesting approval mail. Same reason was given to me in the first week of June 2022. It's 15th June today I called Boat Customer care and they gave me the same reply that my product is out of inventory and I'll get mail for approving alternate product. But till date I haven't received any mail for alternate product approval neither my/alternate product replacement.
I request you to check this on priority and kindly do the needful from your end.
