My ticket number is 1349130. I claimed the warranty for my product on 30th July 2020. It was picked up on 1st August 2020. The website mentioned for tracking my product shows that it has been WHHandover on Monday, 10th Aug 2020 at 06.32 PM and estimated to be delivered on 2nd Aug 2020, but I haven't received it yet. I contacted the customer services too but nobody is responding. It is 14th Aug now. Please look into it and let me know as soon as possible.
